This is the Python equivalent of the "Blockland Liberator" written in 2024. Works for r2033, the current version.

This really isn't meant to be a fully supported project and I don't claim to understand everything it does but a few people make use of the original tool, so I made something accessible to those without the ability to compile C/C++. The C program duplicates a lot of logic already in pre-existing libraries.
