Toggle water buoyancy for all players with /stillWater
This will only work for Super Admins and if there is water on the map.
DISCLAIMER:
This addon has had very little testing.
If you encounter issues, please let me know!
Known Issues:
- Underwater movement in multiplayer games is sometimes jittery.
