We've all known it, we know why it was popular before. Love it or hate it, Tier+Tactical was immensely popular back in the days when we still had players, and this is the result of one guy changing way too many things to it to the point it became it's own thing.
This has been in the works for over four years, and has been updated numerous times. Let's get to the basics, shall we?
