Yes, those sounds from Jet Set Radio.
This is a pack that contains a total of 8 sounds. 6 tones, 1 full chime, and 1 success chime.
They're kinda quiet and idk how to fix that so it is what it is.

if srs, you may want to use AudioDefault3d or AudioClose3d instead of AudioClosest3d

I was indeed srs. idk what im doing. updated the server.cs file and changed it to AudioDefault3D. It seemed to have made the sounds slightly louder. Hard to tell as I updated the game's audio drivers.
