Simple add-on to fix a bug in System_BlocklandGlass (resources/Support_Preferences/server.cs:78) where $BLPrefs:: PrefCount initializes to -1, causing the first pref to be lost on every reboot.

This option will disable all smilies in a post: $BLPrefs::PrefCount

Outside of using code tags I don't know if there are other markdowns to prevent auto-formatting of text in the case where you don't want to fully disable all smilies.
