It was made by DrenDran. It comes with a lot of superfluous stuff that breaks things, I have everything in it disabled besides the eventing GUI additions and the auto-reconnect feature. The other mod is Support_EventScript which adds those buttons in the top right. It lets you copy events out into a text format to edit and then paste back into the GUI.
